T.O Balloons were amazing! They exceeded my expectations! I ordered a bouquet of balloons for my 3 year old... it was a very special milestone! Not only did they personally deliver the balloons, but, they enhanced the bouquet, and kept me in the loop throughout the day of the process and delivery! So professional, so friendly, and the handoff to my daughter was heartfelt! Thank you to you guys!! I Highly highly recommend!

I called in today for same day delivery for a colleagues anniversary celebration. Micheal from T.O Ballons was able to quickly assist me with my order over the phone and have it delivered in less than 3 hours. Amazing work on the balloons as my colleague absolutely loved them. Can't wait to order again!
Excellent choice and easy to order. I liked that I got to pick all my colours and palate. There was an immediate follow up by the store, which made me feel extra secure in that my purchase request was received and gave me added confidence about the delivery. What arrived was spectacular! Just exactly what a socially distanced birthday required in these hard times!
Had our house decorated as a surprise to brighten my daughter's day after her bat mitzvah that morning (party cancelled and all). The balloon display that was set up was extraordinary! So much fun and still enjoying it days later.

A section of fun tricks, party decorations, plates, stickers.... you name it! The people who work here / own it didn't mind at all that I was browsing

To say that I was impressed with the arrangement done by T.O. Balloons is an understatement. The time and effort they took to make my daughter's graduation special was one of a kind.
