Was able to find what we were looking for, but the staff didn't seem like they were having a good day. Unless they were just super busy. One wouldn't make eye contact with us, felt kinda rude, but who knows. I'll probably be back to prep for Halloween soon enough, I can update then if things have changed. I have a good memory of who helped us the last time.
Threw a Luau party recently for a couple friends. Bought everything here, including these really cute Aloha plates, cups, and cutlery. A staff member helped me find a few items I couldn't and we had so much fun picking out balloons! Highly recommend
If you’re planning to make a party this is the best place to go. They have a lot of good stuff in there.
I got everything for my baby shower here! They had the cutest plates and cups that say "Oh Baby!" I got all my balloons blown up there as well. Really helpful staff (:
I don’t understand how a store focused on parties can be closed on Sundays? I ordered balloons for my son’s birthday party and then found out the store wasn’t open on the day of the party - Sunday. So I had to rearrange my schedule to pick them up a day early and then find a place to store a giant balloon centrepiece overnight so my son wouldn’t see it. On the day of the party, I needed extra party supplies last minute because more people showed up than planned. I had to use Walmart to buy some that didn’t match the theme because this store was closed. Very frustrating!
The wonderful staff were so helpful with my phone order and curbside pickup.
