I went in just to look but ended up buying a pillow case set. As soon as my card was approved the cashier tells me it's final sale. That should be made clear before a customer makes the purchase. I wasn't a fan of the customer service. I felt like the lady was trying to get a sale out of me and was telling me the sheet set I was looking at was good quality. I asked if it was cotton and she said yes. I checked myself and it was a blend of cotton and polyester.

They had a sale on duvet cover sets. While the deal was great, the customer service was a bit iffy. I found what I wanted and when I went to the cash to pay, there was no one behind the cash. Oddly enough, there were 3 employees right next to the cash area. One employee walked right BY me, towards a bin of items on the other side of the cash, moved some stuff around and then went "Okay, I'll serve you"... As if she didn't want to? It was just strange. Wouldn't really come back here unless there's a sale/deal.

The quality is pretty good but the customer service is horrible! The asian woman working there is the worse. She kept looking down at me for looking at more affordable items and refusing to help me. Saying things like I should go somewhere else because everything in the store was "too expensive for me". She also tried talking me out of buying a specific blanket because it was too cheap for her.

Reasonable prices but the patterns on the quilts are okay, if you look at the new ones coming in they should be better. Friendly staff.

Nice place but the sales lady kept on trying to upsell us. Then we saw a bin of discounted bedding. Then she tried tell us that those were not good quality. We bought it anyway.

If you are 100% sure you are not going to exchange, then it's not a bad place to shop for bedding. The quality is pretty good for the price you are paying.
