This Coco location was clean with fast service. Tapioca was pretty fresh chewy. We got exactly what we ordered with only 3 minutes of waiting. So far, my favourite location!

Bubble tea was great!! The customization limitations must be on certain drinks as I had no issues like the reviews of other locations. Service was fast and efficient. The tapioca bubble were a good consistency of chewiness. Tested out the waters with a brown sugar roasted milk tea. Definitely will try out the other flavours. This location doesn’t seem to busy, like the other locations seem to have. And don’t worry, even if it’s gets busy, they have a big enough space for waiting area for lots of people. Great job. Just need the staff to speak a little louder a it’s hard to hear what they are saying.
Not an overly large selection of drinks with the CoCo brand but I'd still say they have a few drinks that are quite delicious. I would personally recommend the Mango Green Tea with Sago, fresh Taro hot drinks, or the Peach Soda pop with Coconut Jelly
I ordered 30% sugar on the black sugar pearl tea and it was so sweet it tasted like it was 90% sugar as I couldn’t even taste the tea. The bubbles were half the cup and very little tea! The regular pearl tea is better.
Yesterday afternoon，I happened to buy milk tea at their busiest time . There were alot customers waiting in line and some Uber deliveries seemed to be preparing（I heard a girl calling for uber driver). I thought it might take a long time, but it was not as slow as I expected. I ordered one special，two babble gaga and black tea latte to share with my friends. They said it better than they had ever tasted. My friend told me that she had been there again today . Thanks for your best service.
