Excellent service from the moment I entered the dealership. Felt very comfortable being inside, nice and clean with number of sanitization stations. Reasonable fees and peace of mind tag at the time of pick-up that said "Your Vehicle is sanitized"

Had the car for regular scheduled maintenance. Had an excellent professional service. Darryl is knowledgeable with the service maintenance requirements, he is polite and well-mannered. The car also got COVID-safe sanitization as part of the regular service, gave the car a little bit of a bleach smell, just roll down the Window to release some of the bleach smell. I have been at Toyota for probably at least 15 years. When my first salesperson retired, he introduced me to Gideon assuring me that he would be a good person to replace him. I was worried at first since I was so pleased with the salesperson I had. But fortunately Gideon has been a Star right from the get go! He has been extremely trustworthy which is what everyone wants in a car salesman! He has attended to all issues that arose with the 5 leases I have had over the years. He is sincere, empathetic, and extremely considerate & patient. When he says "I'll handle it" he really does! Any minor question that I have texted to him, he always replies with speed and efficiency. Any issue that he hasn't been able to reply to immediately, he will find out and get back to you very quickly. Because he has been such a fine salesperson, I have followed him to another dealership because I do not want to deal with any other salesperson.
