We are living in the same house for almost 20 years and owning HVAC system for 13 years, so I have dealt with multiple service companies over the years. Some good, but some were terrible. We were happy for 3 years with a local company that unfortunately became part of large national service provider. I cancelled my short-term contract with them and decided we will be better off working with a local service company. I see much more accountability this way, in case you need service follow up etc. Luckily, I have found Ryan Heating & AC and yesterday they provided exceptional tune-up service on our furnace and heat pump. Since this was the first visit, we reviewed the system, discussed possible future issues, tune-up frequencies, and also some easy and low-cost improvements we can make ourselves to make our system run more efficiently. I would definitely recommend Ryan’s services to a friend. Honest approach and great personality!
