My partner and I were going through an extremely frustrating experience dealing with insurance after losing our house to a fire. We went to Haney Appliance & Sound to start looking at replacing our appliances and the experience we had dealing with Marek was worthy of the 5 star review. He made the entire experience incredibly easy and simple, professional to deal with and quick to respond to the many questions we tossed his way. Thank you for making this such a great experience. Looking to purchase a pair of high end speakers which I sourced on their web page. Made telephone contact with Justin who was extremely helpful and patient with my inquiries. Together with another associate, Greg, we were able to complete the order and work out a few kinks in a friendly and timely manner! I never forgot the great service I received when I was recommended to them 30 years ago (pre-internet) for a Nikko receiver and 24 channel EQ when they were Haney Sewing & Sound. It seemed odd to me that they would carry such obscure and high end equipment in the back of a sewing center! Nice to be reacquainted :) Here are the eagerly awaited aural fixation I needed: GoldenEar Triton 3: absolutely amazing!
I have bought a few things here over the years and have always had a good experience. This time was my largest purchase - a large OLED TV. The staff walked me through all the questions and concerns I had and even gave me what I feel was an amazing price. Great staff. Great process. Amazing people. I will be back!!
