The owner stands behind his work. Will update when the floors are completed. Update, floors are amazing they did both our bathroom floors and furnace room. There work was seamless and PERFECT. Amazing work very happy with the service offered by All About Floors. I would not hesitate to call them for any other flooring needs. Jimmy and his partner went over and above. The crew is very good at what they do and exceptional customer service. They even levelled some of the floor where it was not in the quote. Thank you so much

I've had them do my full 2nd floor and now starting on the first floor.. Amazing staff, amazing craftsmanship through every step. My fireplace hearth is not a straight line, the seam they did on it is a perfect with each board.

I am very dissatisfied with the installation of my floors. The installers tried to put unnecessary transitions in the floor at the start of the project. I had to call the company and have them contact the crew to ensure that they didn’t. The installers tried to hide a mistake they had made in the floor installation when they installed a defective board. If we hadn’t checked in on the installation and looked at the floors I am sure they would have tried to cover it up. There were scratches on the floor at the end of installation where they had to move appliances and didn’t protect the floor properly. They got excess glue on sections of the laminate floor where they had glued down transitions. They were not careful with the weights they used to glue the transitions thereby getting glue on the laminate floor when moving the weights from one area to the next. I called the company and they sent the main crew guy back to clean off the glue. He did a lousy job and there are still areas of glue on the laminate. He also ruined the linoleum on our bathroom floor when he was removing excess glue at the transition. Whatever he used to get the glue off bubbled the linoleum floor. The levelling of the sub floor is also poor. There are clear areas where the floor is not level and there is pitting/sinking when you walk on some of the most trafficked walking areas in the apartment. I would definitely NOT recommend this company if you want your floors done properly.
