We took our large Bull Mastiff for grooming and they were amazing. So gentle, kind and professional. She hates her nails cut and they successfully were able to keep her calm the entire time. Her coat has never been cleaner and she absolutely loved the royal treatment. We would trust nowhere else with our dog! Jenny
Pet Pleasers did a great job grooming our two cats! They were adopted from a shelter, smelled awful, their ears were dirty and one of them is very fluffy and had clumps and knots all through her fur. They came home looking good, smelling so nice and both wearing fancy bow ties! Vanessa was so professional and friendly that when we had to travel we felt very comfortable asking her to care for them while we were away. In addition to feeding they both required daily medicating, and Vanessa was great about texting me updates and pictures. Her pricing was really good, the cats loved her, she played with them and kept them happy. I don’t think they missed us at all!
I have been bringing my geriatric, diabetic, blind dog to Pet Pleasers for grooming as well as boarding for years. I cannot say enough good things!! Vanessa (the owner) ALWAYS goes above and beyond for my dog. After his grooming appointments he comes home looking like a puppy again! As a pet owner I consistently feel confident in the care that is provided by this facility and its staff. Highly recommended.
