Our air conditioner broke during COVID. We decided to replace both the AC and furnace, but were so confused with the brands, vendors, reviews, etc. Our son recommended Maple Air from a friend. Farzad was our sales person, he provided excellent product recommendations , a prompt installation date during COVID. The installers were friendly and professional, they arrived on time and completed the installation. We are impressed with our Carrier Furnace, Air Conditioner. and the accessories. We love the Ecobee3 lite smart thermostat; this is highly recommended. We feel the price was fair for the brand, features, and service. Thank you Maple Air, looking forward to years of good service.

Special shout-out to Ohmid who made the transition smooth. They took care of my old water tank, install a new and quiet tank, left my place spotless. Good job to the team. I got my furnace from Maple Air, I got this new water tank and for sure will do it again with them in the future.
I needed to replace my aging furnace and wanted to get it done before winter, and contacted several HVAC vendors. All sold the same furnace, but the prices, sales tactics and honesty varied greatly. Reza from Maple Air responded right away, scheduled a site inspection and was able to give me a quote on the spot. He thoroughly explained what was needed (and what was not), answered all my questions, and did not try upsell/pushy sales tactics. He was respectful and made the whole experience comfortable - so I purchased from Maple Air. The installation was scheduled and happened on time, took just less than the time quoted, and the installation man cleaned up after the job - leaving the space as clean and tidy as he found it. The installation man ensured that both the air conditioning and heat was working before he left and went over what he did, the furnace and maintenance with me before he left. Reza called a couple days later to check and ensure everything was working well too. I am extremely pleased with Maple Air, and have already recommended them to 3 friends/neighbours. I am very pleased with my decision and would choose Maple Air all over again!
