This is our second time buying at Mainland Ford and these guys are the reason we won’t buy vehicles privately anymore! We got an older trade in from them last year, and it passed all the inspections and drove well for several months, but turned out to be a lemon. When I let them know, they were more helpful than I could’ve imagined! They made an unfortunate situation into a great experience for us. We just got our new vehicle from them and have confidence that they’ll stand by it. Kenny is our guy, so if you’re looking for a personable, understanding and honest sales rep, ask for him!

Had the most amazing experience with this dealership the people who work here are incredible its the best service I have ever had! I had the BEST experience with Mainland Ford and in particular with Dan Smart! He did an amazing job bringing my truck back to life after the fender bender. He's amazing at his job and super easy to work with. The office staff as well was on the ball at all times and kept me informed on what was happening. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to these guys!
