If you want to do an exhibition or a small event, this is the perfect place for you. It's historic and some of the staff can tell you some stories about this building. It's beautiful, vintage and calm place to visit.

Wished we could have gone in! It’s only open during the weekends in July & Aug.

While this National Historic site is only open on weekends in July and August, the surrounding property is beautiful all through the year. The pictures and video posted here highlight one of the important features of the place. The marker and associated plaque are quietly indicating an important geographic and historical spot.

The house is nice, but not well preserved. Walls bare and floors are taking a beating. The furniture is old but shows it has been used and loved. The war momentos were cool.
