I did call M-K Power Parts to inquired parts for my Kubota engine, Kyle was the person who answered the phone and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable and he also provide his personal mobile number to send by text parts image because I did not have serial number of the engine and he able to identify the part through the photo image, he deserves 5 star rating. Amazing customer service at MK Power Parts..

M-K Power are my hero’s! They provide excellent scheduled maintenance on our commercial generator! What makes them really shine for us is when we have a mechanical failure that needs immediate attention! They understand the need to get a unit in quickly, assess the problem, diagnose and fix it properly. These guys have saved us a few times now and I wanted to thank them publicly! A very special thanks to Jude and Scott for helping us when we really need it most!!!! If you need expert, reliable and cost-effective generator servicing it doesn’t get any better than these guys! We replaced our old generator with a 13 kw Kubota generator and only have positive feedback on the quality of service provided by M-K Power Products Corp. We had several discussions with Scott regarding the AGS and then, James drove all the way from Mississauga to Val-des-Monts Québec to help us connect the generator to our inverters for an automatic start up. Both were friendly, patient and understood our urgent need to be powered up for the winter. The quality of the equipment, the knowledge of the employees and customer service have been outstanding. A great place to do business!

After ordering an engine that was \in stock\ and waiting a month for it, I gave up. Ended up finding another Kubota dealer with same products for almost half the price.
