In 2018, I completely renovated our kitchen. The exhaust duct for the gas stove was in an awkward spot and very difficult to duct to the outdoors. I had 5 duct companies quote the job and none provided a good, reliable solution. I then called Mark at Zed-Air and he immediately proposed a perfect solution that no one else had considered. He thought outside the box which was a nice change. The exhaust duct is totally invisible after the installation. I was completely satisfied with Mark and the Zed-Air team. I have not had any issues with the stove exhaust, and I know I could rely on Zed-Air if I ever needed service. I very much appreciate Mark's innovative solution to our ductwork challenge. I highly recommend Zed-Air Heating and Air-Conditioning for exhaust and ductwork solutions for kitchen renovations.
Very happy with my service from Zed-Air today. They performed a thorough inspection and testing of my heating system, and afterward, they took the time to walk through the work completed. I was thrilled to see the tradesman accompanied by an apprentice; it's great to see Zed-Air investing in the trades future.

I contacted a few companies requesting quotes on both of our AC and Furnace installations, but ultimately it was an easy decision to go with Zed-Air. From the first gentleman that came out to provide us with a quote, to the two technicians that came in to complete the installation, everyone that I dealt with was polite, respectful, and professional. With being a family business you can tell the pride they take in their company and it certainly shows through all of their employees. The technicians completed the installation of both systems within a day, and completely cleaned up after themselves to the point you wouldn't have known anyone was here. Called in and spoke with Cindy to arrange an emergency repair to our air conditioning. She arranged a same day appoint to secure hazard and evaluation of problem . Technician arrived on time and was extremely professional , evaluated problem and came back next morning to complete repairs. The pleasant surprise was the timeliness, no hassles and repaired to our satisfaction. In today’s world this deserves a 10 out of 10 for service and satisfaction.
