This is the worst service department I have ever seen in my life, your car goes in for an apt. they will only look at one thing if the car needs anything else they will not fix it or call you, they wait until you go to pick up your car and tell you oh its not fixed you still need to check this out? would you like to book an apt for that! I mean come on how stupid are you, and why cant you pick up the phone and call customers and explain what is going on? I think the servicedept employees don't care, or they need lots of training. For sure they lost my biz.

Hey, if you decide to purchase a Chrysler product or even have a question talk to Jesse Bruder (asst. sales mgr.) I went in to ask about purchasing an extended warranty for my used 200 & was advised that there was already a gold plan in place! WOW great news (these plans are very expensive) Its just terrific to find someone who not only likes his job but strives to be one of the true professionals in it. He did not have to tell me I had this already from the previous purchaser, he could have sold me another (that's what I was there for) he was very helpful and honest. I had been to London City Chrysler to have my name registered to the existing factory warranty & not one word was mentioned about the extended plan that is fully transferable. Hummmmmm, shame on them, well, I will be taking my car there for ALL service work on my car....Thanks Jesse
