A year ago I would have given this store a 5 star review. Unfortunately the customer service has been horrendous lately. I ordered a pair of frames to try and was told they would arrive in 2 weeks. I was never contacted. 3 months later (last week) I called to purchase the frames since I had decided to just bite the bullet and get on with my glasses search. I dealt with the same sales representative who told me he wasn’t sure if the frames could be ordered and promised to call me back. Once again, I never heard from him. I was literally asking him to take my money and he still couldn’t organize himself enough to complete the transaction. I have ordered 3 pairs of glasses through them over the years and the customer service was always exceptional. I wanted so badly to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was impossible. I’m writing this review with the hope that whoever owns this store can take action and restore it to its former glory. In the meantime, I have moved on.

Just got my glasses today. The service is good and they have amazing designs of frames with various prices. I cant wait to get my new pair eyeglasses nextweek. I definitely recommend
I bought lenses & frames here a few years ago and have been nothing but happy with the service, selection, pricing and quality of product. I had to buy new lenses last year & when they came in and didn't work for me, they replaced the lenses free of charge and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I've suggested many friends shop here to find a unique selection of classy frames!
Had a very pleasant experience here . I purchased Carolyn Abrahm glasses and the optician Dzemaijil helped me. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I would definetly recommend this establishement for anyone looking for top of the line glasses ! Great job Spectacle Company !
