Overall I had a great experience with their customer service. From phoning in to make a reservation to the associate working the front desk their staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It made a stressful move more convenient. Which was much appreciated.

I moved to Canada from US and used the Storage Mart at Commissioners Road. Both Amanda and Grace were super nice from day one and very very accommodating and helped out anytime we had a special request. Moving countries is not easy but having this of hospitality goes a long way. We are using them for almost a year and no issues till date. Real nice people and really good facility. Units of all sizes and at reasonable prices. Quick approval process. Highly recommended!
The woman ia very sweet respectful and great to do buinsess with. Would abolsutely recommend and or use this place again need be :)
We have been renting units for some 20 years and have had absolutely nothing but wonderful experiences with StorageMart. Grace has been especially pleasant and accommodating with us. I would not ( and do not) hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you Grace for your 'grace,' and patience with me.
