WORST customer service EVERY time I've called in to order for curbside pick up. I have bonuses and gift cards on my account that are about to expire and was told that I couldn't use them as I'll \lose money\ and \it'll shut our systems down\. I explained that I was told by the customer service Dept at the 1800 number that there would be no problem using my gifts and bonuses for what I wanted and to just call ahead for curbside pickup. Clearly not the case and this was after I had to call 4 times to get someone to answer the phone. When I was spoken to so rudely I called back and asked for a manager or the owner, she said \ they aren't here\ and then hung up. I spend hundreds of dollars at every visit to this location and this is how they treat their customers whom are still trying to support them through this pandemic?! Ignorant and rude. I've forgiven the misinformation I've been given in person which resulted in a hair disaster as she clearly had no knowledge of the products she sold me and my 100 hair dye turned into 250 hair correction and re dye but I just let it go. If I had of known I'd be treated this poorly I would've never gone back and sent some serious complaints due to the previous issues. Also not advising customers of the current hold on returns or refunds at the time of purchase is also questionable to me when the sales associate verbally told me that if I didnt like the product I could return the extra bottles she sold me.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. I am not one to write reviews, but have now had two consecutive bad experiences, both with my orders and with customer service. Staff are rude and argumentative and tried to tell me that I told her my name was Marie? which makes no sense because why would i purposefully make things harder for myself? I also asked for a top and a base coat for gel polishes and they gave me 2 base coats one of which i didn't ask for which also happened to be 36 which I now have to wait to return because of covid. Very unhappy and will not be returning.

If I could give 0/5 stars I would. Multiple circumstances where the staff have not greeted myself or my fiancé when we've arrived at the store. When we finally asked the staff a question, they began to respond only to stop halfway through and talk to another customer. When doing a pick up order staff THREW the bag of product through a crack in the door! I had fragile items in there. Staff did nor care about the service or the customer. Do not recommend, unless you're a sadist and like getting abused when you go to the store.

This location has a good selection, but I've had a couple problems here recently. Because of COVID, I called twice to ask about their curb side pickup. Both times I was hung up on after 2 rings and had to call again, and they finally answered (kind of like they were ignoring calls, and only answering the second time to deter customers...). And the other reason for writing this review, which is really frustrating, is they have told me they do not know if gift cards will work right now. I received a gift card for Christmas and I was told I should wait until the store opens to the public to use it because \they don't know if it will work\. I understand it may be a problem with their system, but come on, how can that even be an issue? You'd think that could be accommodated. And their online store won't accept gift cards either. My roots are atrocious lol I need help!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERIVE!! Today was boxing day, curbside assistance only allowed, I completely complied with the rule, called ahead of time, the lady in store hanged up the phone on me once and talked over me multiple time. When I went to pick up the item I bought,....she was extremely rude, bias and out of line . I hope the owner would take notice and take appropriate action as it is not a good look.
