I have been using Rusty's for several years. My apartment key was a specific size and has to be modified after being cut, but it's nothing at all and O always have my keys cut within a few minutes. Added bonus the gentleman I always deal with is friendly and funny. A real delight to deal with :)

Very professional and courteous on the phone with Mitch. Detailed pricing for a service call. My locksmith issues turned out to be very simple and they charged me nothing. They taught me a bit about routine home maintenance for my door locks. I will happily return for future service.
