Guy arrived in an hour. Was a young guy so I didn't expect super service, but this guy was great. I hovered out of curiosity and he owned the job. He took the time to explain what was going on. I needed a key extracted from a door but it was snapped in the middle and pushed deep inside. The cylinder would have to be taken apart to remove it. I didn't have a clue, he explained it's easy but can also "lose the lock" so it's best to know what's up. Anyway, 10 minutes and the key was out and he'd routed my door to help it lock properly. Anyway 85 for a real quick pro key extraction is well worth it in my books. Was a life saver.
