Customer service is a joke! Their website makes them look professional and as a nearby walk in clinic i was eager to try them out. Sadly they don't answer the phone and you'll be sent straight to voicemail 9/10 times. And if you're lucky enough to catch one of their lazy workers and they tell you that you're joining the queue? Call another walk in clinic as you'll be waiting by the phone for 5 hours plus without a single phone call. Very very unprofessional and i wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Ridiculous.

I love these clinics, and the one on Dundas near Clarke is so close to my house! By far the best advance in medicine in a long time in my opinion. Great for those little visits when you know what is wrong and you just need a basic prescription (UTI, etc.), or other visits as well! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick staff, doctors are quick and to the point, but listen to you as well. Great clinic, and they're always willing to work with you if you need a referral or anything.

Dr. treatment plan made the problem worse as it was incorrectly diagnosed. Had to go to the emergency room to find out they told me to do the exact opposite of what I needed. - If you are unsure, you should have told me to go to an emergency room for a second opinion. Random diagnosis can hurt patients and make minor problems major.

I am a hairdresser. Not always time to go to the doctors . I had a phone appointment loved the whole experience and would do it again.

Overall had a positive experience at this place. They did a good job of doing everything remotely in these times of pandemic. As a feedback, I would urge the clinic to call the patients back if they have left a voice message. On two different occasions I had left a voice message, in an attempt to reach the doctor, however did not get a call back. I had to call back after two days.
