I had an appnt for 1:25 and got out at 3:00. Lined up to end of the hall. All they said was they were behind. Were taking walkins, squeezing them in between appnts, even though it states must have appnt. The technician at the desk inside the room looked like she wanted to kill someone. However the technician who drew my blood was super friendly polite and a lovely person. I need to pay attention to name tags. The girl in the hallway was very pleasant as well. This was March 22nd.

Today watched the Covid screener belittle an elderly man today. she told the older gentleman several times that he could check online when he was just trying to get his point across that he doesn’t have a computer and he is elderly and struggles with technology. this is not the first time or i am sure the last time i have watched this particular woman bully elderly. Forget customer service! What I watched or witnessed today and her do again is not even human. she needs to take a course in customer service, empathy and that you do got talk to anyone in such a manner ever! I will certainly be taking this right to the top because I finally got a recording of it and this is not ok especially in our small community of Alliston. This individual needs retraining or a reprimand. NO ONE, especially a senior should ever be treated with such disrespect. Many will be attending borden location simply because we can no longer support a clinic that allows elder bullying.

The staff here were very friendly. Given the current circumstances with Covid, there is a longer wait for walk-ins and you must wait in the hall until you are screened and welcomed to go into the waiting area. They do check often for appointments to bring those people in first. I did not have an appointment booked and was treated fairly. Michael was amazing at supporting the front desk and screening patients in the hallway. He was polite and courteous the entire time (I visited this clinic at 8am and again at 12pm on the same day). If you’re going to this clinic, bring your patience, the staff are doing the best they can. Christina and Moukie were also lovely; very pleasant and friendly to talk to.

Lovely and welcoming staff, organized and helpful. Answered all my questions and the nurse who took my blood work was gentle, patient and quick. I have to go back once a week and i'm feeling relieved, this is such a safe. covid prepared place! Thank you to the Lifelab staff for making me so comfortable. See you soon!

Wife spent 1hr there terribly service.Staff wouldnt take time to explain what save my spot meant and how to do it.If I ran my business like this I wouldnt have one.Staff was rude and if they can't take the time to help people maybe they should find a new job. Never did get blood work done.Just went to Centra Xray and Ultrasound staff was very helpful maybe Life lab sould use as a model for their staff to follow.

Absolutely unorganized! We had to leave after waiting 25 mins & didn't even move 1 spot. One of the staff members (Susan) came out & was so rude to people that we couldn't take it. I work in customer service & I'd be out of a job if I talked to people & pointed the way she did. Go to another lab, I'm sure your experience would be better.
