Poor Customer Service We were told they give great service so we ordered a fridge. They called to set up delivery for either a Sat or Monday. My husband told them Monday would not work as he is busy. They said great sat morning it is. We get up at 8 am and empty our fridge and take it apart for them to take. At 1130 I told my husband to call and see what's going on and they said we're coming Monday. We were so upset after all that work and explaining and them agreeing to deliver on sat. We cancelled the order. If you say your going to deliver you should follow through. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Quick and professional service. The employee knew what they were talking about and took the extra time to explain. They were very personable and were adhering to the COVID restrictions. Prices are all on par with big box stores and offer free delivery within London and surrounding area. #localguides

Just wanted to express my heartfelt thank you to the staff at London major appliance service . From the sales person Tom and the delivery guys John and Johnny. I had an amazing experience and would recommend this place to everyone. Not only was I able to purchase a washer and dryer it was delivered within three days. During this Covid pandemic it is very difficult to get an answer on when your shipment of appliances would arrive from other locations in London. They also took the old appliances with them. Very friendly staff and extremely satisfied with the service and the price. Overall it was an easy process and I was very grateful with my purchase. thank you so much the Buehler‘s

I've dealt with Marie and Jim on the now two occasions I've been in the store. This place has not only the best staff and customer service I've seen in a long time but the best quality goods too. I highly encourage you to use them. Local, price matching, great service, and more. These guys and gals do not disappoint and deliver as promised. Special shout out to Marie and Jim. I highly recommend working with either of them. Both were a dream and got me and my picky spouse both very happy within a reasonable cost. Keep up the excellent work!

Great Experience from start to finish. Super helpful in the store, replaced our 17 year old wall oven with a new GE Profile one. They delivered and installed - super easy, highly recommend.
