I'm surprised by all the bad reviews, although I've never been here on a drop-in basis. This is where my family doctor, Dr Malik, works from and I'm the happiest I've ever been with the care I receive. She is professional and timely. I find that rarely does someone answer the phone when I call but I've never had an issue with them getting back to me. Considering the current state of our medical system, I'm super happy with Dr Malik and her team at Hamilton Family Health!

I'm very happy with my doctor, Dr. Emad Henein. He is soo very professional and courteous and genuinely cares about your health and well being! He is quite knowledgeable and can redirect you to gov't or private resource centres or clinics depending on your needs.. He's the best doctor I've ever had and I've had a few. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.. Young and elderly. His staff are the nicest, sweetest women who also really care and have a desire to help you! :-)
can never get a hold of anyone to even set up an appointment. As if no one is even working at the front desk. Dont even bother with this place.
Use this clinic all the time. As all clinics are busy, it's a matter of being patient. I've only had 1 bad experience. That turned out not do bad after all. Sinus infection that felt needed meds, but dr. said viral.
Never had any issues with this place or the doctors. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, what do you expect? It beats 8 hours at emerg. People have no patience when they’re sick so I get all the complaining.
