This was NOT a good experience. Paid for next day delivery and flowers delivered two days late. Recipient was at home on delivery date. When bouquet arrived several blooms were wilted and had to be discarded. Very disappointing. Tried to chat with customer service and left hanging. Poor delivery, poor quality, poor customer service. Since writing this initial review I got through to customer service on the phone. Asked that supervisor contact me. They did quite quickly and offered to replace the flowers or deliver a gourmet basket. Basket was delivered as promised within a couple of days. Satisfied with the response and follow up.

I can get a great fresh flowers at Florex Wholesale Flowers and he is very kind. I can make my flowers with his flowers. Highly recommend!
