Great selection of both new and old movies/games/consoles and also great prices. Plus the storefront is always run by a very kind and personable guy, easy to get along with.
Great Trades and always Newer Games aswell as Retro. Super fair and awesome environment! Go spend some dough people!
I had a very negative experience with this place after attempting to clear up my DVD clutter a little bit and maybe pick up some new movies/ video games. First, I emailed the owner which was never answered, so I decided to just go in. This happened to be at the end of the month, so the owner told me he didn't have any cash and to come back at the start of the next month when people get disability checks and so on. I was pretty disappointed, since I really just wanted to trade for store credit anyway, but he didn't even ask me that, so I just left the store. I came back at the beginning of the next month with my girlfriend and the owner basically acted like we didn't exist. He spent the next 10 minutes talking with his friends, then proceeded to go outside to have a smoke, essentially leaving us in the store alone for another 10 minutes or so. I probably could have shoplifted if I wanted. After finally coming back in, he proceeded to continue ignoring us until I forced his attention, at which point he told me that I had come to close to the beginning of the month and I should come back later. I was ready and willing to trade with the guy, give him a fair deal and even pay a little extra since I know he has a business to run. However, after this experience, I honestly hope this business fails. The owner was extremely unprofessional and I will never be returning here again. I would advise anyone else who has the same idea as me to go somewhere else or just use Kijiji. It's not even worth the cost of parking.
