Without a doubt, the absolute best business in Camrose for customer service and the product they rent/sell. Our family has always been treated like we are their number 1 customer each and every time we have entered the store to walk the aisles. The thing is, we have witnessed the staff treat everyone who walks into this store the same way. It is who they are, they are awesome! Our household loves that this family run business offers the service it does in a world that wants everything at its finger tips lickity-split! Dianna & Roger are extremely kind people who have created a great business model. Their staff is very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable...all of them certainly but especially Dave! This guy is in another world when it comes to customer service. Always happy, excited to help, friendly and UBER knowledgeable! I would put his knowledge of movies up against any Jeopardy champion 7 days a week lol. Seriously, if you know what genre you're looking for but not sure what exact title, let Dave know...he lead you to the promise land of watching the movie you didn't even know you wanted to watch and at the end of it not feeling like you wasted 2 hours watching it. We visit this store, walk out with a handful of family fun titles, snacks, bubblegum for the kids and seasoning for the popcorn all for under 20. If you live in Camrose and haven't been in this store, you need get in there. This isn't some big corporation, this is a \mom and pop\ shop that survives on the support of the community. They have ours, I hope they can have yours as well! Don't just stop at renting movies, I'm sure purchasing some of the snack options they have there goes along way for this business to stay viable. It's not bank breaking by any means. Give this store a try if you haven't already, you will not be disappointed!
