Scott and Cara are so professional and super friendly. They treat their customers really well. I've had a great experience with them every time I've been to my appointments. I especially appreciate how helpful & kind Scott has been when it comes to booking my appointments according to my schedule. The spa itself is very clean, safe and hygienic and I love the front desk area it looks really cute. Great laser removal place in London, highly recommend!!!
I did my full facial here 3 times and I am really happy with the services. Cara is amazing, very warm and professional. She made sure I was comfortable.After only 3 sessions, I feel a big different less hair very happy with the Result. It’s a very very clean place. Scott is a wonderful guy and makes great Conversation while waiting and booking my appointments according to my schedule.

Scott and Cara both go above and beyond in everything they do. Cara gives one of the best consults I've had you walk away truly knowing the process, risks and benefits and not feeling pressured. During your treatment Cara again explains everything and makes it as comfortable as possible. The spa is cute and most importantly - very clean! If you are still waxing, STOP and go see Cara instead! Ever since my first visit with her 3 years ago I have been a HUGE advocate for laser. A great investment and makes it cheaper in the long run, more effective and wayyyy less painful. She is amazing and Scott is super nice as well. Ultra friendly environment, very clean and always feels great to support a local business! Highly recommend!
