I don’t usually write reviews but I felt obligated to write one on brandy, her work has been excellent and has exceeded my expectations, I had done some treatment in other places and they were not half as good as she was. She is awesome in consulting and not pushy, honest, straight forward and tells you exactly what you need, a great consultant and I leave it up to her to decide what kind of treatment is best for me and trust her with the judgements and methods completely. She is a life changer and I feel a lot more confident after I made the decisions she had advised me to take. I had deep scars and had given up thinking it will never go away but after a couple of sessions she was able to work her magic and able to remove them, I can’t thank her enough my skin is much better than I’ve ever expected it would be.

I Highly recommend Brandy and Lara at Body Bar. They are friendly, thorough and provide excellent customer service. They also use modern, state-of-the-art equipment. They are not pushy with sales. I had CoolSculpting done and I am very happy with my results. I will be going back for more procedures in the future.

First and foremost would like to express my disappointment in this establishment. I called to book an appointment on Tuesday for Botox today for 1:30 was asked for a 75 deposit, I explained to the receptionist I was on duty RN and that my credit card was in my locker and would call back. I did called back an hour later and left a VM of my cc # and asked for a call back which never happened. I called yesterday left another message no call back. Again today left another message with no call back. I think it would be appropriate if they were that have a receptionist that answers calls or return messages. Truly disappointed in the service that I DID NOT receive. Thank you Melanie

I have been coming to see Brandy for 4 years for various treatments. Brandy is very professional and has many years of experience and makes you feel comfortable and confident about the treatments. I have also had treatments with the Academy associated with the Body Bar South Surrey and would highly recommend getting treatments by the students there as well (a great way to get treatments on a budget is through the Academy).

The girls are fantastic here. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. I am the type that feels shy undressing at a swimming pool in the change room. Here I can have my Brazilian zapped and feel completely at ease. I started as a customer at the other location and then was referred as a model for the academy that operates here. The place is spotless, and I mean scrubbed down with Lysol and everything bleached. The laser technician I see really knows her stuff bout the products too. Doesn’t try hard to sell me on anything just explains the process when I ask a question. Really recommend coming to try CoolSculpting and Laser Hair Removal. Got rid of my double chin and my razor burn/ingrown hairs on my vajayjay! Five stars for me.
