Quote when you first reached out is very competitive and say reasonable. Was quite shocked with the quote the technician gave me when they arrived on site. ended up paying 2x the quote they provided via email.
Ive heard the reviews and yes this is a huge scam. I hope BBB gets involved here. This company is actually FC locksmith, they scam you and are inexperienced. Instead of actually trying to pick your lock they make the excuse of it not being pickable and this costing you hundreds. Never call this and ignore the fake responses that the made. Complete scam.
I called and got a quote. It was competitive with the competition and they said I could have same day service. The locksmith came and also gave a quote. When it was time to pay the cost was significantly more than quoted. The locksmith said it was because there was a 30 drill fee which neither the head office or locksmith mentioned. The work was done so I paid and called head office to complain about a quote that wasn’t transparent twice. They apologized but nothing more.
So glad I've found this shop only 10 min away from my house. Super professional, was able to fix an old lock.
