Been dealing with them for a while through a Broker their not the issue the Broker is very hard to get a hold of them had enough I will be looking elsewhere when my insurance is up

been been with them for years , spotless driving and payment records an had little fender bender witch because of the vehicle it was structurally damaged , should have been written off. they fixed for too much money now my rates are up. Was a first time accident as well. Would not do payments on motorcycle insurance for me , I give up , already looking for a different company

Now that I have been contacted and heard and an adjustment has been made to my issue I feel that Trillium insurance rating goes up. They did take my personal situation into consideration therefore being more flexible like a company that I will want to continue to do business with. Thank you for you call today Rhonda. Refused to write off a car that needed almost 10k in work done to it. Got the work done, car returned to me not working - now insurance hanging up on me and not speaking to me. Will not take credit for the problems caused in the accident. Spotty communication, extremely rude on the phone, unresponsive, and terrible all around. Not to mention expensive. Do not ever go to this insurance place.
