Have purchased some bath mats in the past, which have been decent quality. Recently purchased slippers for a present and they never shipped. It was only after inquiring THREE times, that they finally got back to us and told us they don’t have the product and won’t be able to ship it. All they offered was a 10% discounted coupon after leading us on for 3 months. The person who the gift was for was so disappointed. Terrible customer service, will never purchase from here again.

Bought some sheets and a pillow. The sheets are great but when I took the pillow out of the package I noticed it was frayed around the edges (so I put it back in its package). When I went see if I could return/exchange it, before I could even get to the reason I was bringing it back, I was told that "once it leaves the store there's nothing they can do" (for hygenic reasons I would expect). I guess I'll just put it in two pillowcases and hope for the best. In short, be sure to check and open the pillows at the store before buying them.

I placed an order online over 40 days ago and have yet to receive any update. When I track the order, it continues to say that it is being processed. I have attempted to get more information by emailing the email address they provide when the order is placed, calling the number they provide (multiple times), and initiating a "live chat" that is available on the website. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I tried calling the store but when a manager did call back, they told me nothing could be done as it is an online order. There was no additional suggestions on what I could do to address the issue. While I can be understanding that things may take longer during these times, I'm extremely disappointed about how challenging it is to try to contact anyone as well as the lack of follow-up. It is unlikely I will shop there again. Update: after going into the store to follow-up after over two months of waiting, the manager put in another request for assistance online for me. The package shipped shortly after but arrived looking pretty banged up. I immediately returned it as I had already bought an alternative and when they opened the package, the mirror that I had order was completely shattered.

I placed an order online 50 days ago and it has yet to be shipped. Despite numerous email requests for updates and eventually a request for a refund, I received a standard pro forma email that basically is a buying time tactic. The toll free number has been disabled and customer service directs clients to email or chat because of the volume of queries. If Linen Chest answered customer emails in the first place there wouldn't be such a high volume. If I could give zero stars I would. Thoroughly disappointing experience. Wouldn't be surprised if they soon go into bankruptcy protection.
