Excellent and helpful customer service. Received the Electric bed for my elderly father with in the week of ordering it. The Bed was set up quickly and I received helpful advise on the bed’s function and placement from the delivery technician. I was also very happy to know that if I had any issues with the bed I can call Lifecare mobility for help. Thank you!
The stairlift is really nice, my mom is very happy with it. She has arthritis in one knee and it was really hard for her to use the stairs. Chris and Jennifer were very kind and helpful, they are very professional. They were also flexible with the price and we really appreciate that. The stairlift was ready on time and quickly installed and it is working fine. It is really good service. They deserve 5 stars.
I am from Texas helping my Uncle in Toronto. This was one of the best online/phone call order experiences. Usually people are not so helpful. Jenni was so patient and helped me with every question I had. I even had a quote from another place and went with Jenni because of her amazing customer service. If I ever need anything for my Uncle again I will be calling Jenni immediately! BTW He LOVES the bed! I can't thank you enough!
Wonderful service, responded very quickly to inquiries , very helpful in suggesting appropriate equipment. Technician was very friendly and patient with my elderly parents. Made sure the lift fit my Dad perfectly and was very thorough in explaining the lift. Would not hesitate to recommend LifeCare Mobility to anyone. Great family run , local company!!! Very happy with their service.
