Selection is decent, and while I do have a sentimental soft spot for this store, my sporadic experience in this store over the years has been consistently lackluster, especially with regards to customer service. Would be amazing if the staff greeted people upon entry, and awesome if someone would approach when you're staring at a wall of product wondering why there's no pricing or (seemingly) no stock... At the end of the day I got what I was looking for, and was stoked to find a couple of other things, but left feeling like I was the one who had worked for it, at which point I might as well have ordered online rather than heading to an LBS. \u200d️

These guys have helped me out a bunch of times recently. From digging into a bin for parts for an old freehub rebuild to redishing a wheel and throwing fresh tubeless rim tape on it even though they didn't have to. I appreciate the attention to detail.
