They were able to fix the Electrolux that had been sitting in my family's house for over 20 years! It came back to us cleaner that ever and working good as new! Much cheaper than buying a new Electrolux or other retail price, higher brand vacuums. Upon picking the vacuum up we learned that a new hose was probably needed and were given an effective demonstration on how the current hose performed in comparison to a new one. So we bought a new one there, as the store was able to dispose of the old hose. It was a great experience and the employee had good energy and was knowledgable on the store's multiple products which made her an effective salesperson.
