After shopping around, decided on LB for the purchase of a Fujitsu ductless heat pump. Installation was the most important aspect to me and LB delivered on that. The crew spent time to install the unit in a tricky spot and carried out a quality installation which I'm sure will hold up over the years to come. Would recommend.

With LB I purchased and installed a Fujitsu ductless mini-split AC system. Was pleased with the service I received throughout the process, and the AC is working wonderfully so far this summer.
We needed to replace our worn out boiler , that has lasted 35 years . We called LB heating to replace our boiler , Ted came out the same day to assess what we needed and took the time to explain what we needed and gave us options on a new system and how it will work . John and Brain came out 2 days later to install our new system , and I was so impressed how professional, courteous and respectful they were . They did a top notch job , very neat and tidy and have pride in workmanship. Ted came through out the day to check in on progress. LB heating is a family run business that has been working in my area for nearly 50 years , and it shows why they’ve been in business this long and will continue to be in business. They’re prices are more than fair , with no hidden extras or surprises, pride of workmanship is top notch and very respectful to us and our property. Really what else could one ask for ? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LB heating to anyone I know, it’s refreshing to see a family run business like this with such high values .

Our 1979 boiler burned a hole through itself so based on reviews I called up LB heating. They answered right away and were very responsive. Ted showed up a couple hours later and took the time to explain the options with the pros and cons of everything and I decided to go with a high efficiency boiler and water heater combo. The guys showed up exactly on schedule and did a professional job and answered all my questions as they were going. They even left the room cleaner than it was before and pointed out a few unrelated things I might want to fix that I wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't brought it up (some foundation issues, sigh). The rest of the staff were great - they took care of the old rental heater including all the paper work and payment and invoicing was smooth. Since then I've talked to Ted a couple times with random questions and he's been super responsive and seems happy to help answer my questions (dumb or otherwise). Highly recommended
