This is the worse store ever DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Not only did it take 4 months for my products to come but they came broken. The lady is going to tell me I had three days to claim while I was giving birth during a pandemic. Instead of letting me explain that I was fighting for my child’s live in the hospital for over a month she ended the call mid sentence. I have never felt this disrespect or just like I’m nothing over my own money. This is ridiculous I know it cheap but go to IKEA or save up and buy from good stores with morals and respect for paying customers. Absolutely disgusting

I wish I could put a negative star. I made a warranty claim for my couch which has been poorly made over 2 months ago. I was told due to covid that they will send the replacement cushion to my local store for pick up and it will be ready in 2 weeks. Over 2 months later, numerous unanswered emails, 45 minute wait time on hold with the claims department only to get no where. The store has no cushion nor do they have any paperwork stating this order. WHAT A JOKE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM BAD BOY!!!!!!!
Ordered an item for store pick-up, didn't hear anything for a few days, so I called the store and was told it would be at least another week before the it's ready, and that's still not a guarantee. Tried contacting order support to find out when it will be available, but they haven't answered. What kind of operation is this that takes at least 2 weeks to get a product to their own store, and has a support department that doesn't answer questions? Still no contact from support, including the email address the owner responded with. I wish I could give this terrible, terrible retailer less stars. 0/5 will never do business again, totally incompetent organization. Also still don't have the product. 3 weeks and counting to pick something up in store.
Ordered a mattress had to contact them repeatedly to track and receive my item. Then ordered a couch again received no contact had to chase them again, delivery is delayed which is fine but why do customers have to chase you down for info on delivery again. Leon's has on there website about delays on delivery, wow customer service. Badboy has the worst customer service out of all big box stores.
BUYER BEWARE I ordered a trash compactor online 6 weeks ago and have had no response re delivery. I have spoken to them and they now tell me it’s back ordered. This wasn’t mentioned on the site. It said it was available. I was told to email head office to cancel my order. I did but no response I have been bounced around on the phone multiple times. I paid 1500 6 weeks ago. I just want to cancel my order and get my money back “It’s a pandemic “ fine but why did you take my money if you knew there was no product to deliver and no idea when you can get the product This is the first time I ever attempted to buy something at bad boy and my experience has been horrible. One star is too many Update Now over 11 weeks and still no product, refund, or answers Update Called bad boy to complain again. It has now been over 3 months , finally got through and the appliance was in and was ready to be delivered (thanks for the call ) Anyway, it came ... broken. Nothing major but I need a crucial piece replaced . A flimsy foot peddle switch. Called service . One hour on hold. Finally it starts to ring and eventually picks up. So and so’s mailbox is full goodbye. Noooooobody gets service
This place does not even deserve one star. I had a sales associate name Alvin and he was terrible. All they want is money. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I purchased a fridge two months ago and I repeated to Alvin that my current fridge is completely not working, he assured me that if I bought the fridge it would be here in a month. It has now been two months that I have no fridge to put my food in. I called to get a refund and they claim they don't give refunds I would just have to wait and ended up hanging up the phone on me. I understand it is COVID but the company responsible to let customers know about products they spend hundreds of dollars on. I ended up filing a dispute through my credit card company to get my refund. Terrible service and associates. Who should buy from Bad Boys? NOOOOO BODYYYYYYY
This is my fourth time buying furniture from this place. I m very happy and satisfied with services and products. I just hope that they had more choices in bedroom set. My last purchase I had to cancel partially on bed set because you didn't have more choice or what we were looking for. I buy it that somewhere else Leon's. Overall everything was amazing. Just one point I want to mention. Salesman can be more helpful if they can help out more with measurements. I can because that bedroom set was talking too much space in my apartment. Very polite and curtous staff. Keep up the good work.
