I bought Mega hold glue , the seller sent a bare bottle without manufactured label , bag, and no expired date on the bottle. I requested for the exchange, but the seller refused because of their policy . Don’t buy glue from them because you can’t return or exchange if glue already expired ,and can’t use right after you open ( I notice this store is in Canada, but their products are not made in Canada ). Be smart customers, don’t be fooled like me

I used lash envy serum in the past but never really noticed all that much of a difference, until lashes by design recommended their serum. I was blown away at how quick and effective theirs was. My lashes grew longer and fuller within a couple of weeks. Thanks for recommending your miracle serum Sandra!!! ;)

Went in recently, everyone was very rude and did not follow rules. Dealt with the owner over the phone and she was extremely rude and offensive. Will never visit again.
I’ve ordered previously only from LBD but decided to walk in and check out the store. I had some concerns of my own with certain products I had been using previous to LBD. Both of the women at the counter were so nice and friendly and professional. They exceeded my expectations and even gave me tips and tricks to try at home to perfect my technique. Will definitely be back for more product when the time comes :)
