Right from the start, we left message and they called us back very promptly! Office staff, excellent service by installers courteous and safe, Rob our sales rep was over and above service helping us with forms and operational info of new thermostat. Could not have done it without him. Gandy lucky to have all. Will refer them to everyone in future.
Service techs were masked and removed shoes. So appreciated! The lead tech was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my furnace. I have always used Gandy for my repairs and maintenance. I wouldn't consider using anyone else!
If we could give 10 stars, we would! Technicians by the name of Heat and Tyler attended on Tuesday - Heat for furnace maintenance and Tyler to replace hot water tank. There was a glitch with respect to the hot water tank and Tyler ensured that we would not go another day without hot water. While waiting for the rectification of the glitch, Tyler replaced our kitchen faucet - cannot say enough wonderful things about him! Great service by Gandy, Heat and Tyler! Thank you everyone!
We are most delighted with Gandy Installations. They installed a new Lennox furnace, Wi-Fi smart thermostat and Navien tank less water heater. Rob, our salesman answered all my questions and made suggestions to improve the duct system. He was professional, knowledgeable and promptly provided a detailed quote. The crew of Mickey, Mike and David did a top notch job installing the systems and ensured maximum useable room in our small furnace room. They were prompt, efficient, careful and paid attention to details including finding a good solution for running the thermostat wire. The first thing they did was to roll out 2 red carpets to protect my new garage floor - impressive. They did a good clean up as well. Mike is credited with waiting behind to make sure the thermostat was registered with Lennox and instructed how to use it. Our home is so much more comfortable and quiet. Gandy exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them for HVAC work. They are the best in the business.
