I was trying to get a PS Vita, and the only people that seemed to have it were dubious third party sellers on Amazon. From them, at best I might have paid 210 for the console and its cables. I'd have to buy the necessary Vita memory card from someone else. I emailed Willow Video mostly out of desperation, and was told by the manager Jo that they had two for 160 eachh (price includes the cables, a bonus 4gb Vita memory card, and expedited shipping). She was replying to my (probably annoying) emails fairly late at night, and was very kind and helpful. She offered to post it to the website so I could order it easily, but I ordered over the phone. I got the parcel in two days, and to my surprise, I was even given a Vita carrying case! Everything was in great condition. I very highly recommend Willow Games. They have a lot of hard to get products, and they have very fair prices. The cost of buying everything I got from them from elsewhere would have come to well over another 100. Excellent customer service too, Jo went out of her way to be helpful to me, despite me being utterly clueless and surely at least a bit annoying.

Big store with lots of selection! Good mix of used and new, and lots of cute merch. Nice to know there is still somewhere you can buy and rent DVD'S and Video Games. You have to sign up for an account to rent there but it's really easy

Great store lots of selection. Cheap movies and competitive market priced games. I never hesitate checking them out when I have the time.

Great selection of used Blu Rays. If you're looking for cheap, affordable movies, this is the place to go. Only problem is the stickers that are used leave terrible residue and as a collector it makes the cases look really bad. I wish the stickers were smaller or wouldn't leave so much residue. Even if you do manage to get the sticker off, the glue is still visible.
