Bad refund policy I ordered a SIBO test kit for my 5 years old boy. I received it, but was unable to have my boy follow the strict diet. At the end, we changed our mind and decided not have him tested. I asked for a reimbursement since I had not send any sample to Sibo Canada. I was only offered a 50 CDN refund of the 210 CDN I paid when ordering the test. The company atold me that they can only reimbursed the testing fee, which they argue is 50. That means that the sample kit itself would cost them 160 to buy and ship tot he patient, hard to beleive... I am very disappointed in their refund policy.

Breath test results are reliable, interpretation section is out of date. Make sure you get the correct diagnosis. I got the wrong diagnosis from this test, and as a result was given incorrect medication for my condition. I'm surprised and disappointed the company has not responded to this review.
Use SIBO testing a lot in our clinic. Find using the breath test very beneficial with the treatment of SIBO.
