I purchased my first Range Rover a few months ago and had a great experience working with Jacky Yu at the Land Rover Langley dealership. He was very service-oriented and knowledgeable about the Range Rover V8 Supercharged which is the vehicle I bought. I appreciated his willingness to work with me on trading in my existing 2017 Audi A7 for the Range Rover and his ability to explain the lease and trade-in process especially since I find this particular area in the car business is often misunderstood and confusing for the majority of customers. Lastly, Jacky took the extra time to elevate the customer service experience by having my Range Rover gift wrapped on the day I picked up the new vehicle. Jean the Sales Manager was OUTSTANDING. He created a warm and inviting atmosphere and was honest and transparent in the transaction which immediately made us feel that we could trust him. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal and got my wife and I into a new Range Rover full size. Jean provided the EXCELLENT service that actually exceeded what our already high expectations were with a luxury brand such as Land Rover. We had visited and called a couple other Land Rover stores prior but Jean made it clear that Land Rover Langley was not only the right choice for us to purchase from but also to do our servicing with for years to come. THANK YOU JEAN! William was our sales rep and tried to ensure that we had the information and knowledge we needed to complete the transaction. He spent some extra time with us during the delivery to make sure we felty comfortable with the vehicle. Thank you William. Victoria was our Finance Manager and she was fantastic as well. She ensured that she contacted us prior to make sure all details were sorted out, this extra touch was appreciated. Then when we arrived on delivery day she helped us with no wait time, was very professional and efficient to get us in and out in the right amount of time. She represents the Land Rover brand very well. Thank you Victoria. We got to meet Russell the GM at time of delivery and also to speak with him prior to our pick up and he was very helpful. We had a small concern that he very easily handled to again give us the confidence we made the right dealer choice for our purchase. Although we didn't spend a lot of time with Russell, we are aware of what the GM job entails, and that the outstanding team he created on the sales floor is a true attribution of his behind the scene efforts.
