I have ordered from Edupac for many years and always have had amazing service. This year I completely failed in the ordering of school supplies for my child going into grade 6. I emailed them today and spoke with an amazing lady named Alecia. She took my order and offered to have it couriered directly to my sons school for Monday. My schedule didn't allow me to pick up until Wednesday. I can't even begin to thank her enough. Covid 19 has created so many unknowns and EduPac has gone above and beyond the expected. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Our school used this company for years and customer service has completely dropped off. I've tried to reach them for 7 months since October 2019 to resolve an issue and now to coordinate ordering for next school year. I've email the President, Customer Service, LinkedIn multiple times and as well as called multiple times as has our PAC Treasury to collect our fundraising payment.

Edupac owes our school several hundreds of dollars in fundraising and will not respond to any inquiries or make payment. I have literally been trying to resolve an issue for 8 months - with dozens of phone calls, emails, customer service request, linked in - with zero response. I would not trust doing business with this organization.

Great service. Saves me both time and money. The teachers list always gets us to buy way more than the child actually uses and alot of the supplies come back unused/ barely used at year end. Therefore, I take the list and mark what I need to buy. Take it into EduPac of which they either immediately fill or I leave it with them while they fill it and I pick up my supplies later. Huge time saver and no money wasted! It is also great to support local companies. I won't buy any where else.

My daughter's school requires order from this company. When we received package last Tuesday (1st day of school), we found missing one scissors. (and other items are not in stock) I called right away. But it has been one week, we didn't receive any response, nor scissors. I tired to call again this morning, the voice mail is full. Do you know how bad it is? My daughter, a grade 2 kid, can't do any art work in the school without scissors!!!!!!!!!!! That is not right way to handle your business. Since you set up relationship with schools, you should have enough stocks. Otherwise, don't make school require students have to order from you. Now we stuck.
