I always come to this location when shopping for sporting goods. I always have an extremely great experience. One time I even had an issue with something I ordered online and the store manager Trevor went above and beyond to help me, he is very friendly, kind and patient. *if I could give 6 stars I would just for Trevor's attitude he's just so friendly and overall just great to deal with.

Needed a new pair of walking shoes. Shopped around and didn't get any assistance until I stepped into Atmosphere. The clerk working the shoe dept was fantastic. Measured my foot and tried every pair they had in stock. I was not hurried and she really wanted me to get the right shoe for my needs. The only mistake I made was not getting her name. Great employee who likes her job. I was there Feb 22nd at 12:30. Thanks for the great customer service.

Fantastic shopping experience here. I had gone to 3 different stores looking for waterproof shoes for work and ended up at Atmosphere . Emma was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She patiently went through a bunch of different shoes to try on with me and we finally found the perfect shoes. Very impressed with the customer service and selection of products. This store will now be my go-to store for outdoor gear from now on.

The customer service was fantastic to me, when dealing with a problematic purchase made at another Atmosphere location in Metro Vancouver. The staff here immediately understood my situation, and quickly came up with reasonable solutions. Once I chose one, they proceeded to take care of it right away. Awesome job, staffers! The store itself has quite a bit of selection, especially of outdoor products, and the parking lot here is ample.

Clean store. Helpful staff. Had the hard to find size (xs) and style my fussy pre-teen liked at a sale price I liked. Will shop there again.
