I just tried to book an appointment over the phone as a potential new patient, since I moved in to the area. The rudest personel over the phone I ever encountered in my lifetime. Well, definitely I won't be registering to doctors who is around my corner. With that attitude I hope you close down soon, so someone else can open more patient friendly clinic.

Couldn't ask for a better family doctor and overall health clinic for me and my family. I have been Dr. Bashar's patient since 2018 and he has always been very professional, accurate and attentive in dealing with my health care needs. First of, you don't need to wait a week to see him unlike my previous family doctor and you don't end up waiting for an hour at the reception way-pass your scheduled appointment. If he suspects any health issues, he is not afraid to order multiple tests and book follow-up appointments to see you until he gets to the bottom of that issue. He is willing, able and capable of referring to a good specialist in a timely manner. He is also very polite and have great person skills to deal with his patients. Myself, my wife and our daughter are appreciating the care he is providing to our family very much. We are very lucky to have his practice in our neighbourhood. Last but not least, the on-site pharmacy is very good as well. Once you start getting their friendly and familiar service, you understand why you shouldn't go to big-box store pharmacies for your medicine. They know you, they check your prescriptions very carefully and their prices are very competitive if not cheaper than others in the area. I especially appreciate the time they realized that I had an issue with a medicine that the doctor prescribed to me due to my penicillin allergy and handled it directly with the doctor for an alternative without me doing the leg-work. The service they provide is really excellent!

Dr Elia is very knowledgeable. We feel blessed to have him as our family doctor.. It was difficult to get on his patient list for a while but it was so much worth it to wait till he finally became our family doctor. I would highly recommend Lakeside Health Pharmacy! Alyaa and her team were nothing short of amazing at taking care of our mother's terminal illness; especially a rare diagnosis during an unprecedented time with COVID-19 restrictions. The level of professionalism, organization and resilience under these circumstances were the best I've experienced in our Ontario system. Even with the complexity of prescriptions and risks of contracting COVID-19, delivery was nothing short of impeccable. Our family will forever be grateful for the help and level of care that Lakeside Health provided us during the worst period of our lives.
