East West's idea of clearing the apartment driveway next to my house meant simply plowing the snow onto the driveway and sidewalk I shovelled 3x yesterday. When I called to remand they return ( as did the apt owner ), they swore at me and hung up. You decide.....
I rarely write reviews, especially if they're negative, but I could not stay silent with this company. We have a commercial property that we signed with East West for the season last year. They hardly ever came, and we ended up having to pay others to help with the snow removal. When we voiced our concerns, the company made no attempt to fix the situation, as they did not come to clean the driveway.
East West Snow Services are great and professional. Their staff are friendly and polite. The Driver was on time when delivering the bin, and the bin was very clean!. The response time for picking up the Bin was also very punctual which is great when you are trying to clear things out! I will continue to use East West Snow Services and recommend them to anyone who needs their services!
We have used this company a few times before. They are punctual, friendly, helpful on the phone, and take the stress out of getting rid of construction waste! Jessica on the phones is awesome, and helps you get the best deal for your job. I highly recommend them.
