This place is all about favouritism to work at. If someone wants to upgrade their position they will find ways to make it 10x harder for them. Kuriyama needs to do something about it before they're employees get fed up. You expect employees to do good work, well you need to set a positive example for that.. If one of bosses or supervisors don't like someone they will bully them to quit or they will make sure they are fired. Stop the favoritism.
