LOVE THEM! My all time fav is their pearl latte with brown sugar, make sure you add cheese foam to it. I personally find sweet and salty taste so good together!!

I ordered an bubble tea there, and I told the staff that I wanted it be warm. And maybe because the music was loud or they did not even pay attention to what I said. They still give me an iced one. I told them I ordered an warm one, they offered me to redo the order. I accepted it. HOWEVER, the staff at the cashier started to say “ well this is not our fault. Sometimes, people think this is our fault but it is not”. First, I did not say anything expect told them I ordered it warm. Second, if you have such an attitude, why you still working there? Why don’t you pay more attention to what customer said?
It's a very busy location but the drink and the service was both good.
I love how they use honey in their drink but it was a bit sweet for me I didn't ask to change the honey level, but definitely will come back again and try less honey next time.

horrible service. drink was ok, but service was really really bad. I understand you probably don't get huge tips but still, we are customers not your enemy.
They are making drinks super slow and the place would get crowded because of it. Moreover, they definitely violate the 8 person rules they created themselves during pandemic.
Heard about this place from a friend, saw that it was new so I decided to check it out. I ordered a mango slush and an egg waffle. I was pleased with my meal and the wait time was even under 5 minutes. Seating area was scarce due to Covid , which I understood. But while waiting for my order, more and more people entered the store. At the time of my order, there was only 6 other customers inside. By the time I took my drink, the store seemed to have atleast 20 people in it. Now, I understand the staff members can only do so much. But social distancing was not very enforced. The other customers should’ve also realized that the store was pretty full, but there was no signage or indications of maximum occupancy or lineups outside the store. Other than that, I was still pleased with my experience. Update: after receiving a response by the establishment, I replied to their email as requested (that same day). After 3 weeks, still no response.
