Service is amazing! Although wait times can be a little long during their peak hours, they always apologize or say thank you and have kind manners. The drinks are great too, I recommend rose milk tea or their matcha slush. Also don’t forget to tip :)

The staff is always very friendly whenever I come here. I have tried a bunch of drinks here and my favourites are definitely the taro ones. The pricing is pretty competitive; not bad at all. The only criticism I can give is that they don't have the egg waffles anymore. I was really looking forward to trying them because I have heard great things. I hope maybe they can bring them back in stock someday!
We love Kung fu tea. We drive from Arbour lake atleast twice a week to get deliciousness . Mango slush is amazing!
Their milk tea is by far my favourite. The tea flavor is strong, I can adjust the sweetness level. I've tried milk tea at a lot of other places before but so far I like this one the best. My friend had their fruit teas but didn't really like it. She said the flavor tasted fake, not like the Royal Tea house where it actually taste like fruits. Their egg waffles I really liked too. The consistency of the waffle, crispness, and sweetness was just right. It didn't taste too sweet like the other ones I've had at other places.
Signature 38Milk King is my go to drink (has pearls, coconut jelly, and grass jelly included). I like drinks at Kung Fu tea because they use honey, not simple syrup.
Been coming here from the beginning! Really love their bubble tea and some of their less common flavours like the rose milk tea for something different! Staff is really nice and prompt. Be sure to get the app. If you’re a hardcore like me, you’ll get loads of rewards. Sad you don’t have daily deals anymore, but still come in for my favourite Milk King. See you again soon! :)
Decent milk tea here. I would definitely come back. Tried the Rose Milk Tea and Brown Sugar Milk Tea. The Rose Milk Tea was not too sweet. Interesting flavour. Size and taste are just right for the price. There aren’t too many options, so I would check the menu before you come here if you’re looking for a certain drink. Staff was friendly, and wait time for the drink was alright. The staff might need to manage giving out drinks and receiving orders better because when our order ready, we waited awhile before they called us because they were busy receiving orders.
