Very helpful very patient resolved my issue while maintaining a pleasant attitude.
My Google Pixel 3 stopped working in the middle of taking a photo the other day so I took it to Koodo and they basically said I had dropped it (I didn’t) and I didn’t have extra warrantee so I was screwed. Google pixel phones come with a 1 year manufacturer warrantee and the two Koodo people told me that the manufacturers warrantee wouldn’t cover what I had done to my phone( which was nothing). They told me my options were to buy out my tab (255) and get a new Pixel (another 200) or buy out my tab and get a different phone for 0... good thing I didn’t listen to them and called Google who (without questioning it) is replacing my phone, cost and worry free. Horrible experience with troubleshooting at this Koodo location. Very disappointing that they seemed more concerned with selling me a new phone rather than helping me fix my problem, which Google was happy to do. I suggest contacting your phone manufacturer for any real help with fixing a phone issue and not wasting your time at this Koodo location.
Koodo has helped me out many times with my contract through them they always find ways to save you that extra dollar I know to some people its hard to communicate with them but if you follow the right steps you will get ahold of them and they do everything they can to help
